The Project
Company Overview
Sweet Cravings is a dessert parlour that embraces the joy, whimsy, and indulgence of sweet treats. With a vibrant aesthetic rooted in playful character design and rich visual storytelling, the brand invites customers into a fun, memorable, and emotionally engaging experience.
The Approach
Logo & Color System: Centered around a bold but soft palette of pink and teal, paired with an ice cream icon, the logo sets an approachable, joyful tone.
Character Design: Inspired by Kawaii aesthetics, I created custom dessert characters such as winking ice cream cones, smiling bubble teas, and cheerful waffles to bring warmth, character, and charm.
Integration & Application: These characters and visual elements were woven into large-scale mural illustrations for the storefront, social media graphics, packaging, and print materials, reinforcing visual consistency.
Digital Strategy: Beyond visuals, I offered social media consulting advising on content direction, audience tone, and engagement strategy to ensure the brand’s online presence matched its playful identity.

As the lead creative for Sweet Cravings, the objective was to develop a brand identity with strong personality one that’s simultaneously charming, friendly, and instantly communicative. The identity needed to be versatile across both physical and digital realms, including storefronts, social media, packaging, and murals, while ensuring a unified brand experience.
